Property is just 4 km away from the center of Split and Diocletian's Palace! The space "GREEN DREAM" house offers accommodation in Split for maximum 12 persons, 4 km from Diocletian's Palace, 1 km from two of the most famous beaches Žnjan and Bačvice and 500 metres from big shopping centers City Center One Split and Mall of Split. Guests can enjoy the outdoor terrace which is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave, stone fireplace, biliar and bathroom. There is a HEATED pool with another fireplace and garden with lots off plants, flowers and unique fragrant arbor of jasmine that you can not find anywhere else. All that makes Green Dream unique and ideal for those who like to blend pure nature , modern and ancient atmosphere. Both apartments are rented to the same guests , there is no mixing of guests who do not know each other . The both indoor kitchens are equipped with everything new. Guests can enjoy in quietly place, just 4 km afar from center of Split. They can enjoy the beautiful and peaceful surroundings , and can be in the city center in 7 minutes by car . If you really need a break for body and soul , but also like city traffic, "Green Dream" is the best choice for you and your friends or family. Two most popular beaches in Split, Žnjan and Bačvice are 5-10 minutes with car!!! Guest access Guests have access at the all ground floor of "Green Dream" wich includes: two new luxury apartments (11+1 persons), outdoor pool with it's own fireplace, terace with outdoor kitchen with indoor fireplace, dining room, bathroom and biliar, big garden and four parking places. I am Ana, owner and manager of the villa Green Dream. Me and my husband Mate are your hosts. We take care of the daily cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden. Therefore each of our guests can be 100 % sure of the cleanliness of the pool. We are in the Green Dream, on the first floor. Guests have at their disposal everything they can see in the photos. Guests are alone on the whole groundfloor. They have private entrance to the villa and parking place for 2-3 cars. There is no mixing guests in two apartments who don't know each other. We rent only for one group of guests with max. 12 persons. Guests have all privacy they need, and nobody can see them around the pool and in the garden, because of high green hedge. Other things to note The villa is inspected the day before guest's check out or during the week if the guests stayed for 7 days or more. It is inspected to see if anything is broken and in what condition the villa is in terms of cleanliness. The reason is that some major pollution cannot be removed until the arrival of other guests (drinks or juices spilled on the mattresses,sofas, chairs or floors, blod on the towels or bed linens, etc.) and the hosts must know about it. If something is broken or very dirty, guests are obliged to report it. The damage is charged immediately. If the villa is heavily polluted, additional cleaning is paid in the amount of 250 € ( 3 exstra cleaners on the same day of guest change),180 euros for 2 exstra cleaners or 90 euros for 1 extra cleaner. The owner estimates how many additional cleaners are enough when they check apartments before check out. In cases where the number of people agreed after the reservation increases, each additional person pays €35 per night for the additional number of people in the villa, in cash upon arrival.
