Holiday Home, Hamble - Close to village centre.

Three bedroomed, two bathroom house sleeping up to 5 guests. A short walk from the picturesque square in the centre of Hamble Village, recently refurbished this house offers light and airey accomodation with a lovely west facing garden and free parking. This is in a quiet part of Hamble, ideal for a family holiday or as shore stay for sailors. It is close to great pubs/restaurants, well placed for the Hamble Marinas and 5 mins walk from two co-op stores. The space Recently refurbished, my space is perfect for a holiday or short stay in our lovely village. Hamble is close to Southampton and Portsmouth and their' many attractions. It is about 25 minutes drive from the New Forest going west, Peppa Pig world, Marwell Zoo. Going east it is around half an hour to beaches at Lee-on Solent, Hayling Island and the Witterings. The three bedrooms comprise a double bed, a king bed which can be split into a twin and a smaller third room which has a single bed. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in a separate utility room and dishwasher and a large fridge freezer. A full sized oven and hob, a nespresso coffee machine and a fully equipped, newly fitted kitchen. Outside the garden is pretty and west facing, so lovely in the evening. There is a dinning area with sun umbrella and a charcoal bbq for your use. I do allow one well behaved dog to stay - there will be an additional fee of £20 to allow for extra cleaning. Please let me know if you have any concerns during your stay so I can rectify them. Guest access Guests will access the whole house Other things to note On departure as we are Self Catering and not Serviced, it's straightforward - Vacate by 10.30am, clean up after yourself, put used linen in the bag provided, put out rubbish and recycling in the provided areas. I do my utmost to accommodate requests for early arrival but it does depend on the cleaning schedule. If you need to arrive early but I am not able to accomodate you, there is loads of parking and lots of cafes and pubs in the village to entertain you.
