Behind the apartment entrance door is the hallway, from which there is access to the kitchen, bedrooms 1 and 2 and the living room. From the living room you can access the terrace, with views of Drachenburg Castle and the Drachenfels. Guest access In addition, guests have access to the laundry room shared with the permanent tenants. There, the washing machine can be used - however, laundry detergent is not provided. The garden is not available for guests. Other things to note The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table with a bench and two chairs that comfortably seats 4 people. In addition, the table top can be pulled apart, accommodating up to 6 people. The bathroom is outside the apartment, opposite the apartment entrance door. The transition from the bathroom to the apartment and back cannot be seen by third parties. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the train station and the railway tracks. Especially at night, the passing freight trains can be a noise nuisance. With the windows closed to the street side, however, the majority of the noise emissions are "swallowed up."
