In the immediate vicinity are parks, Havel with public bathing coves, the Waldbühne and the Berlin Olympic Stadium. Berlin's exhibition grounds can be reached in a very short time by public transport. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. It is located on the ground floor of the apartment building. It has a living room, a bedroom, a small kitchenette (no oven) and a bathroom with shower. In the living room, there is a sofa bed which can be pulled out if needed. The apartment is very central, but still very quiet, as it is located in a small, not very busy street. Buses M49, X34, X49, 136 and 236 are between 50 m and 400 m away. The nearest S-Bahn station (S3, S9) is 2 km away and can be reached by bus. You have various supermarkets, bakeries, banks and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
