Sunset Crest at Beverly Beach

The ocean view! That's what this property is all about. Sitting more than 150 feet above Beverly Beach with windows looking west, the views are incredible. With rolling waves and the possibility of spotting whales, this is the place! This is a house that we have recently purchased. The only thing that has remained in the house is the kitchen cabinets, stove, oven, and microwave. Everything else is new! The views are spectacular, that is what this house is about. The space We have owned another vacation rental in the Beverly Beach neighborhood for about 16 years. This house came available and we had to have it. We have done upgrades and renovations to make this home classy, comfy, and inviting for our guests. The house has a great room floor plan which makes it perfect gathering space for family and friends to spend quality time together. The three bedrooms are off of the main great room. One bedroom has a bathroom in it, while the main bathroom is not in a bedroom. There is a large back yard that looks out at the ocean, a great place to watch for whales. Guest access The house has a keypad entry. We will text you a code the day of your arrival and that is the code that you will use to enter and exit the house during your stay. Other things to note There are so many ways to enjoy the Oregon Coast from this vacation home. The house is a short, 10 minute walk to Beverly Beach. There is also free parking there if you want to drive. Beverly Beach is several miles long. You can head south, towards the lighthouse, this is where I find the most fossils and sea glass. If you head north, it is only about one mile to steps that lead you up to the top of Otter Rock, where you can look down into the Devil's Punchbowl, and order some chowder and warm Marionberry cobbler at Mo's. There is a lot of driftwood on this beach and fires are allowed. Sandcastles and kite-flying abound. Whales migrate just off-shore, so if you are diligent and patient, you will likely spot a plume of spray spouted by a whale, and maybe the tail will come into view as it plunges below the surface.
