A bathroom (walk-in shower + large bathtub); two double bedrooms (160 x 200 cm bed); a twin bedroom (2 90 x 190 cm beds convertible into a double bed); separate toilet. Upstairs: living room (TV 140 cm, DVD player, Wi-Fi); 1 master suite (bed 160 x 200) with access to a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet; 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190) and a double bed (160 x 200). A 3rd independent double bedroom (160 x 200 cm bed) with its own shower and toilet, which is accessed by the outside staircase. Outside: Vast herb garden of 1500 m2 and fully fenced, with swimming pool heated to 25 degrees, accessible according to weather conditions from May to early October approximately, 14*7 m, and protected by a fence meeting the standard in force NF P90-306); pool house with jacuzzi and toilet.
