Sustainability is particularly important to us: We practice consistent biodynamic agriculture and rely on ecological insulation materials and energy-saving windows for our buildings. Our electricity comes from the green electricity provider Naturstrom, and heat for heating and hot water comes from the waste heat of the neighboring biogas plant. In addition, we are gradually converting our lighting to LED. For cleaning, bed linen and towels, we use only environmentally certified products. In the farm shop, we focus on certified organic products that are as regional as possible and avoid plastic and waste. There is a charging station for electric cars, and you can also rent two e-bikes.
