Stunning, unique 4-bed home, with HOTTUB & GYM in the heart of Wanstead. Family & pet friendly, equipped for all ages with everything needed for a comfortable stay with luxury touches, 1-min walk to local amenities, incl family run restaurants, coffee shops, cosy pubs etc. Based in the middle of two central line stations, getting to town within 20-30 mins,making it easy to see what London has to offer! Off street parking, perfectly located to access motorways and to travel in and out of London The space The main 3 bedrooms sleep up to 2 people in each room along with a pull out double sofabed in the downstairs second living room (orange room) which will take 2 more adults, the 4th bedroom can be opened for infants/toddler’s or children up to teens as we now have a London Bus bunkbed that can sleep 2 children, it also has new and sanitised children’s amenities. We provide travel cots with full bedding where needed and baby/infant amenities. We also offer small portable extra beds where needed. So we can take 8 adults max plus 2 children - 10 guest. We have 2 Living rooms, perfect for relaxing with a movie or finishing off that box set, have one for the kids and one for the adults – perfect! We have a sofa bed in the 2nd living room that can be set up at your request. Both rooms have smart TV’s with Sky, extra children/family amenities in the Orange room such as a PlayStation 4 with games, original retro Sega megadrive, board games/books and a TV Karaoke machine. We can also set up a small den with toys for small children to play. When we know your groups ages, we will set up all accordingly. The open plan kitchen is perfect for cooking family meals or hosting guests, it is fully equipped with everything you need to cook tasty meals, mix cocktails, or share a takeaway! The open plan kitchen leads to the private garden, Hottub & Gym. 1 family bathroom with full amenities, 2 ensuite bathrooms (Master bedroom & bedroom 3) Child friendly: children’s toys & amenities are available, inc child gates, high chair, baby bath, changing table, travel cot etc - please advise in advance if you are travelling with small children so we can set up relevant amenities for you. We have lots of children's amenities and can adapt the space for families travelling with children of all ages incl a PlayStation 4 with games for older children. Other things to note No parties or large gatherings No additional guests allowed, unless confirmed with us Maximum of 6 people in the hot tub at one given time and the hot tub is not to be used after 10 pm No music or activities in either garden space after 10 pm No smoking in house or gym The home is in a very residential area with close neighbours on one side - please respect the neighbours and stick to the rule of no parties! Noise should be kept to a minimum and no loud music allowed in the garden area, with no activity that can disturb residents at all in the garden after 10 pm.
