Quiet and countryside, ideal for holidays with family, friends or during a working meeting for a weekend, 25 minutes from the beaches and the center of Montpellier. "Mas" with swimming pool, fully equipped for up to 24 people. Basic rate for 18 people with 6 rooms. Then there is a supplement for 20 or 24 people (7 or 8 rooms) The space The accommodation includes 8 rooms in total (the 7th and 8th are optional and therefore not included in the basic rate). Beds are made and towels are provided: 2 large and 2 medium per room. The organization of the rooms on the floor is as follows: - The North room has a 200x200 bed plus a 90x200 single bed and a private shower room. - The grey room has a 200x200 bed and a baby bed with bars. - The white room has a bed 200x200 plus a cot and a private bathroom. - The blue room has a 200x200 bed plus a wicker baby bed (for a child under one year old) and access to a full bathroom that is shared with the beige room. - The beige room has a 200x200 bed plus a 90x200 single bed plus access to a full bathroom that is shared with the blue room. - The children's room has 6 bunk beds 90x200. On the half floor there is a full bathroom as well as the optional rooms (on request): - The trunk room which has a 200x200 bed. - The dormitory which has a bed 140x200 and 2 single beds 90x200. To access the dormitory you have to cross the trunk room. On the ground floor there is a large hallway that can accommodate a large table, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator-freezer, coffee machine and all the necessary dishes) as well as a lounge and a veranda. A first garden in front of the house has playground equipment for children (swing, trampoline and ping pong table). Then you can also enjoy the main garden in addition to the wooded park of about one hectare and a personal petanque court. It is composed of a large lawn and is separated from the pool area by a security fence. You will enjoy a large parking lot (up to 10 cars). The pool area is fully secured and was renovated in winter 2023. The pool measures 12x6 plus a 2m beach. You will find a completely renovated and independent pool house, as well as a guinguette with a large table where you can eat but also work. It benefits from all the necessary comforts like dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, plancha, American fridge, dishes. It is composed of a shower room with WC. All the house is equipped with high speed WIFI (fiber) and a Bluetooth music system is integrated into the pool house. Guest access Travelers have access to the entire farmhouse, the parking lot, the garden and the petanque court. Other things to note Thomas (one of the owners) is the janitor of the mas and lives in a part of the mas that is not accessible to the tenants. Both parts are very well insulated, so you won't be bothered at all.
