The living room opens onto a 120 m² covered terrace and in the courtyard there is a large above-ground pool. The space Large 300 m2 cottage, 6 bedrooms (including 2 with private bathroom), 2 shared bathrooms, 3 powder rooms. The main room is 75 m² with a large living area, a large table and a fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, 2 dishwashers, American fridge, convection oven, etc.) Enclosed garden at the front, large courtyard at the back with a 120 m² terrace covered by a courtyard for your summer evenings and outdoor banquets. Ping pong table, trampoline, petanque court, outdoor games, multimedia equipment (TV console, DVD player), Wi-Fi, barbecue, large parking lot. Guest access The inner courtyard is entirely private to the cottage and not overlooked. Other things to note Bed linens are provided. Towels are optional at €3 per person (to be requested in advance). Cleaning is your responsibility (a cleaning fee is however possible depending on the period, send me a message for more information). Checkout must be before 10 a.m. as a rule, however for weekend bookings, it is often possible to extend until early afternoon upon request. On request, possibility of recharging electric vehicles at the price of 25 cts/kWh.
