The space is surrounded by 2000m2 with a garden with aromatic plants, flowers, lemon trees, and olive trees. There is also an equipped BBQ, parking and a playground. Our private pool 52m3 is heated, with a special cover for ultraviolet protection (UVA, UVB) fully equipped with umbrellas sun loungers and hot tubs. Ideal starting point for excursions to Epidaurus, Mycenae, Tolo and Nafplio.Verandawith large dining table, bamboo lounge and ping pong table. The space On the ground floor there are a fully equipped kitchen with fitted oven , fridge with freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher and all necessary kitchen tools. Large dining area next to living room with fireplace and TV with Netflix. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. Also two toilets with bathtub and shower respectively. Washing machine. Hair dryer. An internal staircase leads to the top floor where there is a bedroom , a toilet with a shower, a living room and the terrace with a great view to the sea. All areas are air conditioned. Wireless Internet. There is baby equipment and the possibility of providing baby sitting. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the house. The entire house, the courtyard, the pool, and the garden with fruits and vegetables are at your disposal!!
