More than an impersonal and cold gîte, we are seasonally renting our country house where we like to come to relax. To all lovers of the charm of old stone, atypical houses and nature, come and enjoy a relaxing time with us. A stone's throw from a large forest and 20 minutes from the Bay of Somme, you will feel at home here whatever the season. The space The house has a spacious well-equipped kitchen on the ground floor, a large bright living room with fireplace with insert, a double bedroom, a shower room, a separate toilet, and a fitted back kitchen. Upstairs, the landing serves on one side a bedroom with a double bed of 160 cm in a row with a bedroom equipped with two fixed single beds (do not move them); on the other side, a bedroom with a double bed of 160 cm. An office room with 1 baby crib is accessible from the back of this room. A water point with toilet and sink separates these 2 rooms. Internet access is facilitated with the Fiber installed in early 2025, making the connection easier, and teleworking more comfortable. Our house is cozy whatever the season thanks to double glazing, gas heating, fireplace with insert that invites cocooning and that will offer you beautiful autumn or winter evenings by the fire. From spring to summer, you will marvel at the different blooms that nature will reserve for you: the cherry and apple trees in bloom, the lilacs, the tulips, the clematis on the front facade of the house, the hollyhocks... In the summer, you will also enjoy brunch or lunch on the terrace at the back of the house facing the fenced garden of about 600 m2 in which you can relax in the Chilean chairs at your disposal. On the practical side, the house is located in a village where you can easily do your shopping with 1 bakery, 1 supermarket, 1 catered butcher and 1 cheese maker. There is also 1 medical center, 2 hairdressers, 1 beauty salon, 2 florists, 2 newsstands, 1 cinema, 1 tourist office... Discounted rate according to the length of stay; discount automatically taken into account once the duration is selected (1 to 3 weeks) Check-in after 6:00 p.m. (maximum 8:00 p.m.) to be defined according to the situation. Check-out at noon for medium-term stays. Late afternoon check-out possible for weekend stays. Cleaning fee is charged extra for an amount of €80 per stay (fireplace cleaning included) Linens and towels are not provided, but it is possible to opt for the "bed linen and towels" service for an additional fee (a lump sum according to the number of tenants will be communicated to you on request). Free linen rental for stays of 2 weeks or more. If linen is rented, the beds are made upon arrival. Reservations accepted for at least 2 nights. Bicycles (4 adult size bicycles) are available for a ride around Crécy. Please take care of it and report any damage. Pets accepted under conditions (prohibition to climb in the bedrooms, or on the beds and sofas; excrement to be picked up indoors and outdoors). We are committed to this house and we make sure to choose families who share the same values as us: respect, kindness, calm and attention. That's why we don't allow parties and we favor families or friends who want to get together to have a good time together and enjoy the area. The house is very well-equipped because we want everyone to feel at home as soon as they cross the threshold.
