Large cottage at 860 m altitude, not overlooked and surrounded by a large plot. Located 1 hour 15 minutes from Toulouse, it's the perfect place for a quiet stay in Ariège! Several easy walks from the cottage. Lots of hikes nearby. Summer: Canoeing, Canyoning, climbing, mountain biking... Winter: cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, downhill skiing (access to Bonascre Ax les Thermes ski resort 30 minutes away). Access to the Beille plateau (cross country skiing) 50 minutes away. The space Chalet that can accommodate 12 people with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 equipped kitchen, 1 large living room with large bay windows, terrace offering exceptional mountain views. Weekly rental all year round and on weekends except during school holidays (during these periods: weekly rental only). Additional fees for departure cleaning to be paid on arrival.
