Studio Terre & Mer in Dragey

The house is the epitome of a nice quality of life: Land & Sea. The STUDIO has been designed to accommodate guests so that they feel as good as we can be on a daily basis in our 17th century house for a party. Also, we live 2 km from Dragey beach, 500 m from the horse racing training center. We have walking paths along the coast and from the village. It is possible to take advantage of the high tides, to cross the bay... The space Our place is a SINGLE-STORY STUDIO. We do not consider it a rural cottage, even though it is similar. It is obviously bigger than a student studio. It is functional and relaxing, and invites you to unwind and enjoy a moment of deep relaxation. Quality Vosges bed linen is already in place. It's always a pleasure to put these lovely sets on the bed. Bath towels, hand towels and kitchen towels are at your disposal. All you have to do is relax and enjoy YOUR time. Also, there is no cleaning fee. In return, we will ask you to leave our cozy retreat in a good state of cleanliness. Let's avoid adding extra fees here and there... We believe that travel is very precious, and for that reason, we prefer to see you enjoy the best moments with our local service providers. Also, we take care of the cleaning: it's just like being at home :) The studio is equipped with an "L"-shaped living room with a kitchen area and another area furnished with a 140x200 bed, a dresser, 1 loveseat, 1 large armchair, 1 fridge, 1 round table with 2 chairs, and finally a wardrobe with 4 hangers. The bathroom is well integrated into this same studio. It is therefore an enclosed room with a sink and a dresser, as well as a toilet, and is for the exclusive use of our guests. If you want accommodation with a "country cottage feel" with a large space or even an enclosed garden for your pets, I invite you to browse the platform to find this type of accommodation that will suit your needs. We love pets, and that's why we decided to welcome them. This is an important point that also requires a certain level of trust in our guests, and it works well in this regard. Finally, the covered patio is now enclosed. It has retained all its charm and character. That's the whole point of enjoying a living room that opens to the outside. See you soon Guest access IMPORTANT * PARKING: It is located between our house and our barn. On the left you will see a honey-colored wooden frame cladding and on your right the gable in country stones then in front of you a fence along the entire length. * ACCESS to the STUDIO: it is located at the back of the house. Access is through the courtyard and then through the leftmost door on the side of the original stone wall. Other things to note The PREAU is an additional living room and only made available for our guests. It's a very pleasant room for living in. It is open on one side with a view of the path and is now FENCED. This space is equipped with a relatively spacious wooden garden table with chairs. A sorting basket is also available.
