The house is a summary of a nice quality of life: Terre & Mer. The studio has been designed to accommodate hosts to make them feel as good as we can be on a daily basis in our 17th century home for part of it. Also, we live 2 kms from the beach of Dragey, 500m from the Racing Horse Training Center. We have walking paths along the coastline and from the village. It is possible to enjoy the high tides, to make the crossing of the bay... The space Our home is a SINGLE STOREY STUDIO. We don't consider it a rural gite even if it's getting closer. It's obviously bigger than a student studio. It is functional, relaxing and invites you to let yourself be carried away to a moment of great relaxation. It is equipped with an "L" shaped living room with a kitchen part and another part arranged with a 140x200 bed, a dresser, 1 double sofa, 1 large 1 seater armchair, 1 fridge, 1 round table with 2 chairs then finally a wardrobe with 4 hangers. The bathroom is well integrated into this same studio So it is a closed room with its sink and dresser then its toilet and for use only for our guests. In case you want a "rural gite profile with large space or enclosed garden" accommodation for your pets, I invite you to consult the platform in order to find this type of accommodation that will be suitable for your search. We love animals and for that we decided to welcome them: this is an important point and also requires some confidence in our guests and it works well in that sense. Finally, we chose to leave the courtyard open to keep its charm, soul and the interest of enjoying a living room open to the outside. The idea of closing the courtyard is to be meditated but not in anticipation at the moment. Our family garden is in front of the palisade. it is fenced and accessible for our guests. Its access is not in direct connection with the studio. This space is very nice. Guest access IMPORTANT * PARKING: It is between our house and our barn. On the left you will see a frame cladding made of honey colored wood and on your right the gable made of country stones then in front of you a trellising over this entire length. * STUDIO access: It is located in the back of the house. Access is under the courtyard and then through the leftmost door on the original stone wall side. Other things to note The PREAU is an additional living room and only made available for our guests. It's a very pleasant room for living in. It is open to 1 side with a view of the path and it is NOT FENCED. This space is equipped with a relatively spacious wooden garden table with chairs. You are provided with 2 garden furniture chairs and a coffee table. A sorting basket is also available.
