Studio Terre & Mer in Dragey

The house is the summary of a nice quality of life: Land & Sea. The STUDIO was designed to accommodate guests so that they feel as good as we can be on a daily basis in our 17th century house for a part. Also, we live 2 km from Dragey beach, 500 m from the racehorse training center. We have walking paths along the coast and from the village. It is possible to enjoy the great tides, to cross the bay... The space Our accommodation is a SINGLE-STORY STUDIO. We don't consider it a rural cottage, even though it's close. It is of course larger than a student studio. It is functional, relaxing and invites you to let yourself be carried away to a moment of great relaxation. It is equipped with an "L"-shaped living room with a kitchen area and another area furnished with a 140 x 200 bed, a dresser, 1 2-seater sofa, 1 large 1-seater armchair, 1 fridge, 1 round with 2 chairs and finally a wardrobe with 4 hangers. The bathroom is well integrated in this same studio. It is therefore a closed room with its sink and dresser and then its toilet and for use only by our guests. In case you want a "rural gîte profile with large space or even enclosed garden" accommodation for your animals, I invite you to consult the platform in order to find this type of accommodation that will be adapted to your search. We love animals and for that we have decided to welcome them: this is an important point and also requires a certain trust towards our guests and it works well in this sense. Finally, we have chosen to leave the courtyard open to keep its charm, soul and the interest of enjoying a living room open to the outside. The idea of enclosing the courtyard is to be considered but not planned at this time. Our family garden is in front of the fence. It is fenced and is accessible for our guests. Its access is not directly linked to the studio. This space is lovely. Guest access IMPORTANT * PARKING: It is located between our house and our barn. On the left you will see a honey-colored wooden frame cladding and on your right the gable in country stones then in front of you a fence along the entire length. * ACCESS to the STUDIO: it is located at the back of the house. Access is through the courtyard and then through the leftmost door on the side of the original stone wall. Other things to note The PREAU is a complementary living room and only made available for our guests. It's a very pleasant room to stay in. It is open on 1 side with a view of the road and it is NOT FENCED. This space is equipped with a relatively spacious wooden garden table with chairs. 2 garden furniture chairs and a coffee table are available. A sorting basket is also available.
