The space Our large apartment is located in the middle of the Allgäu with wonderful mountain and lake views between the city of Kempten and Immenstadt, 3 minutes by car from the "Niedersonthofener Badesee". A circular hiking trail of about ten km long leads along its shore. The apartment is in the middle of the countryside (car required) in a quiet location and most magnificent nature, but at the same time you are also in the middle of the city of Kempten in 10 minutes by car if you want more variety. Our beautiful apartment in the attic consists of: - 2 separate bedrooms: 1st bedroom: 1 double bed 2nd bedroom: 1 double bed and 1 single bed - a large living room (SatTV, radio/CD player DVD, player, a small selection of books & games) - a spacious, fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee machine, Senseo pod machine, kettle, micro, stove, dishwasher, small freezer, fridge) - a large bathroom with integrated toilet, shower, bathtub, 2 sinks - 1 outdoor parking space for 1 car Upon arrival, you will find the following inclusive services: Complete bed linen, 1 hand + shower towel per person, hair dryer, soap, dish soap, dish towel, for the first few days: 1 roll of toilet paper, 2 dishwasher tablets For all guests of the house (2 holiday apartments), a small covered outdoor seating area is available for smoking, grilling and sitting together. There is also a small outdoor seating area if you want to enjoy the sun a little. Numerous excursion possibilities are easily accessible from here by car: Kempten (the oldest documented city in Germany), Neuschwanstein Castle in Füssen and Hohenschwangau Castle; Oberstdorf with its ski jump and the Nebelhorn, Lake Constance with the well-known towns of Lindau and Constance; Munich. There is also a lot to offer for our little ones: Ravensburger Spieleland, Skylinepark, Legoland Günzburg In summer, a lot of bathing lakes attract visitors (it is not for nothing that our Allgäu has been named the "lake country"); the Niedersonthofener bathing lake is almost "on the doorstep," less than 3 minutes away by car; wonderful hiking and mountain tours invite you to hike, do sports or just relax. In winter, there are numerous ski resorts such as: Nebelhorn, Fellhorn, Balderschwang, Ofterschwang, Eschach ect. The larger ski resorts towards Oberstdorf are approx. 40 minutes by car, the smaller ski areas such as Eschach are about 20 minutes away. The trip to nearby Tyrol (e.g. Ifen, Söllereck, Walmendinger Horn) is also recommended – the possibilities are almost unlimited! On site, you can get fresh cow's milk from the farmer, which are allowed on a daily pasture in the summer. Please note: -Wlan available but free of charge, laundry (possible with landlord) for a fee. These fees will be donated 1:1 to a children's hospitality - for a booking of 2 persons, only 1 bedroom is available. If you need 2 bedrooms for 2 people, this is possible, for this we charge an extra charge, please contact us in advance. - Apartment for children under 4 years only suitable to a limited extent (no safety precautions) - Non-smoking and animal-free apartment - if you would like to arrive with more than 1 car please let us know before and we can arrange this with a neighbor Other things to note Please bring your slippers - Thank you
