Eifel-Quartiere Traubenhof (seminar house)

Our Traubenhof with the seminar and group house "No. 36" is located in the idyllic village of Antweiler and can accommodate up to 19 to 22 people + toddlers. You are welcome to book our other residential units in the Traubenhof, the large vacation home "No. 34a" with 7 rooms and/or the small vacation home "No. 34" with 3 rooms, to accommodate up to 40 people in 15 rooms. Just contact us regarding availability! The space The house has a very spacious and fully equipped kitchen with - 2 ceramic stovetops, - 2 ovens, - 2 refrigerators and - Dishwasher with spacious sink area. The living area with a cozy sitting area and a small workplace can also be used as a seminar or workshop room. Here you will also find a pool table, a foosball table and a dartboard, but also a play area for the little ones. The furnishing of the dining area adapts individually to your group size. The adjacent bar with a large flat-screen satellite TV invites you to linger together. There are 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms with toilet and shower en suite (1st floor and attic) as well as two additional guest toilets on the ground floor. All bedrooms are equipped with modern box spring beds, so they can be used flexibly as twin or double rooms. In four bedrooms, one to two additional daybeds are available. A cozy, fenced garden equipped with terrace furniture and a swivel grill offers you space to relax for a social gathering. Are you traveling with children? Then contact us - we attach great importance to very well-kept and always hygienic children's and baby equipment and are happy to equip you with the following inventory for the little ones: - High chairs - Cradle (Leander, Stokke) - Playpen (Geuther) - Baby travel cot (Hauck Dream-N-Play) - Stroller (Bugaboo) -Bed linen - Crawling mats - Baby monitors The accommodation with river views is 29 km from Bad Münstereifel and 39 km from Bad Neuenahr. The legendary Nürburgring can be reached in just 15 minutes by car. In the village itself there is a farm shop with baked goods, a meat/cheese counter and regional products. In addition, you will find all the well-known large supermarkets in Adenau and Hillesheim. On the Ahr you can just relax... Discover hiking trails (Eifel-Steig, dream paths as well as Ahrtal bike and hiking trail right outside the door) as well as cycling (MTB routes in the immediate vicinity) are possible in the immediate vicinity. But wonderful day trips to the maars, zoos or castles in the area can also be planned from here. We are happy to provide you with bicycles (with or without Chariot children's trailer) - we are happy to make contact with the local bicycle rental company or lend you our own bicycles/accessories. Guest access In addition, a newly designed sauna area with a shower and a cozy sofa in the basement is available. Access is via the outside staircase at the entrance to the house. Please note that the sauna area can also be used by the guests of the vacation home "No. 34". Furthermore, the free private parking spaces directly at the Traubenhof as well as the pergola in the courtyard and the small "Traubenhof Park" behind the houses can be shared.
