OUTDOORS: The Villa, surrounded by typical Amalfi lemons groves, orchards and vineyards, is built on a series of terraces that descend towards the sea and all offer a breathtaking view of the coast and the city of Amalfi. From the two terraces, on 2 different levels, in addition to enjoying the spectacular sea view you can organize dinners and lunches with friends and / or family, you can relax in the shade of a gazebo or entertain for an aperitif. In addition, in one of the two terraces there is also a comfortable and fun corner bar. To complete the entire structure there is a beautiful infinity pool with sunbathing area equipped with beach umbrellas and comfortable sun loungers. There is also a large space used as a parking space. This allows guests to arrive directly in the villa by car, which is absolutely rare on the whole Amalfi Coast. INTERIORS: The Villa of about 2.000 square meters, is divided into 4 levels: On the ground floor, floor that is adjacent to the pool, we have a double bedroom with closet and en suite bathroom with large shower; the room has an independent entrance and direct access to the terrace. Adjacent we have a Suite with a small living room with a sofa, a particular passing shower area and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom; both the living room and the master bedroom have direct access to the terrace. At the same level you will also find the Bar and the Fitness Zone with Gym. Heading upstairs we have a large living room, a double bedroom with closet and en-suite bathroom with large shower, and a second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with large shower and double sink. All rooms overlook the sea. Also on this floor we have a service area reserved for staff with a bedroom, bathroom and laundry area. On the third floor we have the living area with a large living room and a small bathroom, a beautiful kitchen with adjacent dining area on one side and the pantry on the other; from the kitchen you can directly access the fully equipped outdoor Patio. In the sleeping area instead we have a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with large shower and finally a suite with a small living room, double bedroom and bathroom with large shower and double sink. All bedrooms have a sea view. On the fourth floor, the floor you enter from the parking, we have a double living room which overlooks a small kitchenette and a small bathroom, a large double bedroom with large bathroom accessible to disabled people, and a second bedroom with double sofa bed. This floor is totally independent and has access to the wonderful terrace which will enchant you with it’s spectacular views. The whole villa has been furnished with quality materials trying to combine the old with the new, the old with the modern. The will was to maintain the original atmosphere but in the name of absolute functionality in order to grant guests a maximum comfort in an ancient historical residence. The Villa for its size and its characteristics is also ideal for organizing unforgettable events such as weddings and / or anniversaries in general! Weddings/events are free up to a total of 20 people, a supplement of €3000 is charged for events/weddings up to a total of 30 people, a supplement of €4000 is applied for events with a maximum of 50 people. The maximum capacity in case of events/weddings is 50 people.
