Villa Marín is distributed into two different floors and a furnished basement, including full-equipped kitchen space, indoor and outdoor dining area, three bathrooms, two big living-rooms, 5 bedrooms, laundry room and entrance hall. All these villa spaces count with large windows and lots of natural light, as well as with both heating and air conditioning. Villa Marín also has two different fireplaces to be used during the winter. Swimming pool and outdoor spaces have a safe night lighting system. Indoor (1) and outdoor (1) parking space is available, as well as additional easy parking on the street at the entrance of the villa. Villa Marín master bedroom comes with a king size bed and full en-suite bathroom. The villa has two additional queen size room, two more fully equipped double rooms, as well as a bunk-bed double bedroom, sharing one common bath room and a toilet. All bedrooms are equipped with bed sheets, pillows, blankets and towels and basic toiletries are also provided. Baby cribs are provided upon request. In addition, you will find in Villa Marín everything you need to make your stay easier, such as dinnerware set, cooking utensils, swimming pool towels and house cleaning equipment in case you need it.
