The space Remise in Park Sanssouci: Modern living in a historic ambience. Directly in the Sanssouci Park overlooking the Orangery Palace and 5 minutes from the Sanssouci Palace is the enchanting and luxurious vacation home (4 rooms for up to 6 people - 120 sqm). The vacation home is a 2015/2016 renovated remise with modern comfort. It has its own terrace and offers a wonderful view of the garden. The quiet residential street along Lake Bornstedt is a dead end and has limited traffic. You will live centrally and at the same time quietly in the Sanssouci Park - in the middle of Potsdam. The Hohenzollern palaces are just a stone's throw away. The city center can be easily reached by walking through the park in 15 minutes or in 5 minutes by bike. Just a few meters away is the Krongut Bornstedt, where you can have breakfast or get fresh rolls. The Krongut also includes the restaurant "Brauhaus," which offers home-brewed beer and home-style, seasonally changing cuisine with Austrian influences. The Remise was completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. It offers contemporary comfort in a historic setting, e.g. 3 cozy bedrooms, solid oak floorboards with underfloor heating, a burglar alarm system, designer bathroom. Satellite TV with U-HD TV and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is very bright due to its color scheme and has its own terrace right in front of the modern kitchen, where you can enjoy the tranquility and the beautiful view of the garden of the historic villa. In the apartment there are 3 bedrooms each with a double bed. Bed linen is of course available to our guests free of charge. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, espresso machine (Dulce Gusto), toaster and kettle. For a toddler, a high chair and a travel cot (no bedding) are available. In the bathroom there is a bathtub and a floor-level shower. We provide a basic set of towels on arrival without charge (1 large, 1 small per guest). A washing machine is available to guests in the storage room. Use is included in the rental price. Ribbeckstraße is located in the area of the World Heritage Site and in the immediate vicinity of the Prussian royal palaces/Park Sanssouci. This exposed location is uniquely beautiful, but also subject to restrictions: parking directly at the World Heritage Site is unfortunately not possible. You can load and unload your vehicle right next to our property. You can then park free of charge in the front area of Ribbeckstraße / Eichenallee in the marked areas. No visitor vehicles are allowed to park on our property. Please understand this! A Wi-Fi connection is available free of charge. For the final cleaning we charge € 100, which is paid on site at the time of key handover. Bed linen and towels are provided to our guests free of charge. Check-in is from 3 pm, check-out must be by 10 am. ATTENTION! Due to high demand during the summer holidays (July 1st July 1 - August 31) and the associated logistics, we specify Friday as the day of arrival or departure. Guest access The remise is located in the historic area of the Italian village of Bornstedt and is used solely by the guests. It is separate from the main house, where we - the owners - live.
