This spacious private room is a fantastic space for your stay in Columbus. Comfortably sleeps two with a luxurious, brand-new full size bed & lots of special design touches. As you arrive, your room will be waiting for you - after being professionally cleaned. Relax in your room or enjoy all other common spaces within the house. Enjoy an easy arrival with seamless self check-in access. Your room is on the SECOND floor. Please note that you're renting a SINGLE PRIVATE BEDROOM within a larger house. There are several private bedrooms in the house - most of which are used by other Airbnb guests, so you'll be in good company. You'll have a secure lock and a key for your own bedroom, so you can lock it when you leave for the day (or when you're there). All of the common areas are available for your enjoyment. Multiple common spaces provide a great place to relax after a day of exploring Columbus, connect with other guests that may be staying at the same time, or just read a book on a couch. Our kitchen is available to all of our guests. You can use the fridge and all of the appliances while you're here as well! There are 2 full bathrooms in the house - although they are shared among all guests, there's virtually never any wait time. And they are all professionally cleaned daily as well. _______________________________________________________________ ***Frequently Asked Questions*** 1. What Linens are included? – We provide linens for beds, as well as 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels per bed. 2. What household supplies are provided? – We provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Toilet paper and hand soap are also provided. Additionally, you can also find paper towels in the kitchen, dishwasher detergent, and dish soap. 3. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen: toaster, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, oven, stove, various size pots & pans, kettle. We do have a Keurig coffee machine, although we do not provide the K-Cups (guests are welcome to bring their own). 4. Do you allow pets? – No. We do not allow pets under any circumstances. 5. What time is check-in and check-out? – You can check in any time after 4:00 PM and you must check-out no later than 11:00 AM. In case you are arriving late, it’s not a problem -- as it’s self check in, you can come at any time as long as it’s after 4:00pm. 6. Is an early check-in possible? We don’t allow earlier check-ins as we do need time to prepare the house before your arrival. 7. What type of unit is this one? You are booking a private bedroom inside a shared house. We do have other 4 rooms in the house that are also rented to other Airbnb guests, so there will be other people in the house during your stay. Common facilities, such as bathrooms and kitchens, are all shared. 8. How many bathrooms are in the unit? 2 bathrooms. 9. How fast is the internet? Our download speed is as fast as 175Mbps. The service is very reliable and the wifi reaches all areas of the house including all bedrooms. We have had a lot of guests that are traveling for work and they do their work from home with no issues. 10. Do you offer laundry? No, You can find a Laundromat just 2 minutes away from the house at Maysum’s Laundry. Once you have booked and if you need the location, I can share it with you.. 11. How does the parking work? There is free street unlimited time parking available in the area. 12. Is my room safe? - Absolutely, your room will have a door lock keypad with a unique code so you can close and lock it when you leave or while you’re in the room. If you need anything, we’re just a message away. Guest access Fast Wi-Fi available, so you can catch up with friends or on work at any time. A fully featured kitchen is available at your disposal. Great opportunity to relax, have a snack or meet other guests. Two full shared bathrooms are available in the apartment. Comfortable living room and common areas. Toiletries like shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided free of charge. During your stay We are oftentimes traveling and typically not going to be on premises. However, we are always accessible through text messages or phone and have a great team in place that will ensure your comfort! Other things to note - CLEANED & SANITIZED - We know that a clean and sanitary environment is the top concern for guests. As such, our professional housekeeper cleans and sanitizes the house on a regular basis and before every guest's check in. Rest assured that we take all possible precautions to ensure you have a comfortable and safe stay at our house. - CHECK-IN - Check in is at 4pm. - CHECK-OUT - Guests must check-out by 11am on the departure day established in their reservation. - PARKING - Street parking is free and usually available. - SECURITY CAMERA - Please note that we have a security camera outside of the house by the front door for the safety of all guests.
