350 years old – with a valley view

It's easy to like this all-year usable and fully equipped house: flat screen (3D) TV, (3D) Blu-ray DVD Player with surround sound, WLAN internet, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and a fireplace. 4 terrasses with big table, sunbeds and grill. The space The house is ready for use throughout the year since it can be heated with wood and gas quite easily. Even though the can't be given any guarantees you can even dine outside from time to time during high winter. Some do even take a sun bath on the sunbeds provided. Or you have a nice barbecue for lunch. Of course it gets chilly in the evenings and usually you wear a light coat. The house has a sleeping room with a terrasse and a view. Adjacent to it there is another sleeping room for two. Both are vaults with almost 1m thick walls! To enter the main sleeping room one has to cross the other from where one of the big terrasses can be entered. It is cosily molded into the stone. It opens up to the southeast. It's ideal for breakfast. A staircase leads up to the next level. Another terrace is molded deeply into the rock to the north of the building. It stays cool even in the hot summer. Just in front of the entrance and the kitchen there is also a nice place to dine outside. A third terrasse is on the south and gives great looks over the valley (like the first). It's very big (approx. 4x10m) and has a sunsail for sun protection in summer. From the kitchen you can lower a basket with everything you need to dine nicely. There are power outlets on the southern and eastern terraces and yes, there is outside illumination. Bring your own sheets, towels etc., please.
