MAIN DESCRIPTION Next to the crystal clear waters of Porto Istana, Marina Maria and Porto Taverna, known in the area for their incredible natural beauties, Myrsine 7D is a brand new and well-kept two-level flat located in the residential complex of Myrsine. About 70 square meters large and detached on two sides, the apartment is on two floors (ground and basement) and has a living room with kitchenette, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, covered veranda with garden, reserved parking space, for a total of 6 sleeps. Among amenities available: washing machine, dryer, air conditioning in every room, oven and dishwasher. Marina Maria beach can be reached by car or by bicycle and is only 4 minutes away. Myrsine 7D is located next to Myrsine 7S (the gardens have a connecting gate) - the two apartments can be rented together and are ideal for group holidays! INTERIOR DESCRIPTION Myrsine 7D is tastefully furnished and finished with care. The entrance leads to the living room with relaxation area; behind the kitchen corner with gas burners, fridge / freezer, oven, dishwasher and air conditioning. The covered veranda, equipped with a comfortable dining table with chairs, is ideal for outdoor dining and spending a pleasant evening with friends; from the veranda and living room you can enjoy a restful view of the garden and the surrounding countryside. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms with bed, wardrobes and respective bathrooms: ground floor a double bedroom with bathroom (shower), on the basement two master bedrooms and bathroom (shower). A private parking space is located at the foot of the building. Other things to note Booking Details The accommodations offered by Klodge are private properties rented out by their owners with the support and mediation of Klodge. As private residences they do not adhere to specific standards or categories and may have minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality. Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialized in short-term vacation rentals. Services that are essential for short-term stays, like final cleaning and an initial linen set, are provided by specialised external companies. The cost of these services is covered by the guest. Upon arrival, a security deposit will be held on your credit card. The card must be physically present and in your name. Don’t worry: the amount will be automatically released at the end of your stay, but please note that the release time depends entirely on your bank. In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the deposit to cover any expenses. - - - Arrival Details After booking, you will need to complete an online check-in process through our dedicated platform. This will require uploading photos of ID and/or a selfie of all the people travelling with you. Your personal data will be handled with care and in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Hosting responsibly in Italy requires signing a short-term rental contract. The contract will be in Italian, but we will provide an English courtesy translation before your arrival. Key collection and document signing will take place at the Klodge reception, located at Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport. Please note that, in accordance with local regulations, a waste sorting system is in place. Be sure to follow the door-to-door collection schedule by purchasing the appropriate waste bags.
