The ideal house in Athens next to Acropolis

My apartment is a spacious and cozy place 63 square meters, perfectly located in the heart of the historic center of Athens, in the neighborhood of Thiseio. Acropolis Hill and Ancient Agora is only 10 minutes walking. It is an ideal getaway destination for someone who wants to explore the city of Athens as the metro station is 3 min. walking distance. The view from the shared rooftop (two floors up by narrow, typical, back stairs) is spectacular. The space Guests can enjoy the privacy of the whole apartment which I always make sure to be clean and neat. Main features of the flat include: -Double glazed windows -Αir-conditioning in the main room & a floor fan in the secondary room. -Fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge, stove & espresso machine -Laundry machine -Large wardrobes with plenty of space for my guest's personal items -Amenities -Hair-dryer -Iron Whenever in our hand, we will be glad to offer earlier check-in or later check-out. Guest access You have full access to the house and to the common rooftop. Other things to note You can contact me for any further information, I usually reply within 4 hours (night rest hours excluded). - Please avoid making noise between 14:30pm - 17:30pm and 23:00 pm - 07.00 am, common quiet hours in our small residential building. - Smoking is only permitted at the balcony and our beautiful rooftop terrase with the astonishing Acropolis View - No parties or pets allowed. *From 1/1/2024, the accommodation tax is also imposed on short-term rental apartments.
