The space Welcome to the Gîte du Vieux Château, a magnificent 18th- and 19th-century residence with character, offering 310 m2 of living space (11 rooms) in the heart of a 2,500 m2 enclosed garden. The property has direct access to the pond and a breathtaking view of it. Located in the center of a small, characterful medieval town, it offers you absolute tranquility and all amenities within walking distance. Designed as a large family home, it ideally accommodates 18 adults and 2 children/pre-teens. Living areas (ground floor): . Kitchen & Dining Room: A large equipped kitchen open to a cozy dining room with a traditional fireplace. The large dining table comfortably seats 16 people, and there is also a half-moon table for 4 people. This space opens onto a beautiful sunny terrace with stunning views of the pond. . Bedrooms & Sleeping Areas (per floor): The first floor has three bright and spacious bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet.
