Gîte du Petit Coteau

In the wine village of VOUVRAY, 200 m from local shops and 150 m from tennis courts and the swimming pool, you will be seduced by this 70 m² refurbished house, well equipped, contemporary furnished but decorated in the spirit of the region. The space Refurbished and decorated with photos of the region's attractions (Vineyard, Loire, Castles), this two-story house has: - a fitted and equipped kitchen open to the living room and wooden terrace, - a large bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) with two bed bases and 2 mattresses. This bed can be converted into two single beds if you ask me at the time of booking, and a very practical and very comfortable convertible armchair (single sofa bed) (unfolded armchair 80 x 190, on which I place a very soft mattress topper), - a bedroom/office with a double bed (160 x 200) - a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. Amenities: Fridge/Freezer/Dishwasher/Traditional oven/Microwave oven/Raclette set/etc... Baby crib graciously made available on request / high chair / safety gate Washer / dryer / Ironing board and iron / clothes hanger Outdoor terrace: garden table and chairs/parasol/gas barbecue with grill Outdoor courtyard: garden furniture (sofa – armchairs – coffee table) Guest access Services: Fiber optic internet (Wi-Fi + RJ 45 sockets) Other things to note Minimum stay: 2 nights EVERYTHING INCLUDED: bed and bath linens provided! 0 additional fee I give my cottage, usually cleaned with the utmost care, even more attention during this health crisis. My place is regularly aired, cleaned and disinfected. Linens (bedding, towels, tea towels) are washed at 60°C with bleach tablets for light colors and with a laundry disinfectant for dark colors. I spray a disinfectant on non-washable textiles, and I disinfect frequently touched surfaces (switches, handles, remotes, keys, etc.). The gîte du petit coteau is located 250 m from the pharmacy and 600 m from the doctors. A secure key box allows for easy self check-in. or I welcome my guests with a protective mask if they wish, and of course respecting the rules of social distancing.
