Beautifully refurbished former Coaching Inn dating 1830's. Rural location in the heart of Cornwall close to Truro and within easy travelling distance of both coasts, Newquay Airport and The Eden Project. Four double bedrooms, 3 ensuite, with one that can be configured as a twin or a superking. Great family accommodation with room for up to eight adults with plenty of room for cots in the larger bedrooms. Established, enclosed gardens to the rear with ample parking at the front of the property. The space A great family space in a beautifully refurbished period property. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and gardens. Other things to note We are happy accept up to two dogs with each booking at an extra charge of £25 per dog to cover the extra cleaning cost. Please note the dogs are not allowed on the furniture or upstairs and please make sure that they are thoroughly cleaned and towelled off before allowing them in the house. Please contact us directly to make arrangements for paying this fee. Please note there are no hidden extras other than those listed. Our prices include linen, towels, all utility bills and cleaning fees. Sadly due to H&S we cannot provide a BBQ.
