But above all, come and enjoy a beautiful garden bordered by the Eure: Calm and relaxation await you The space The "Orchidée" cottage is one of the three cottages that make up "Le Clos de la Tannerie". Its area is 100 m2. It includes, on the ground floor: a kitchen and dining area, 1 small bathroom with sink, shower and toilet (Sanibroyeur) and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. Upstairs: 1 large living room and, in a row, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. Its capacity is 6 people but the sofa being convertible, we can exceptionally accommodate 2 additional people (see conditions below). You can also enjoy the garden of about 3000 m2 on the edge of Eure, on which we have wooden tables and benches on sunny days. This garden is shared with the other cottages. - For babies we can provide: baby bed, wooden highchair and bathtub. - Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. - Closed and free parking. - A washing machine is available in an outdoor laundry room for rentals of more than one week (the terms of use are to be defined upon check-in). - This accommodation is non-smoking. - No pets allowed in this cottage. - In order to preserve the tranquility of the premises, parties and evenings are not allowed.
