Stay in and enjoy a fully equipped custom kitchen, a soothing hot tub, a swim in the creek’s swimming hole just steps away, or a good book on the back deck. Inside, unwind by the gas fireplace or catch a movie on the smart TV.” The space The Creek House sleeps up to 8 guests and has 3 bedrooms with a bonus room attached to the master bedroom, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, dining table for 6 guests, large covered back deck over the creek, outdoor hot tub, and direct access to one of the best swimming holes and fishing spots on Spring Creek. Bedroom 1 (upstairs): The master bedroom is located at the top of the stairs and has a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The upstairs bathroom includes a whirlpool garden tub with a hand-held shower wand. This bedroom is private from the rest of the house and also open to the top of the stairs, and you must walk through this room to get to bonus bedroom with 2 twin beds. Bedroom 2 (main level) - The main level features a bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Bedroom 3 (main level) - Across the hall from bedroom 2 is a private bedroom with 2 twin-sized beds and a desk. Bonus bedroom (upstairs) There is an additional twin bedroom upstairs that is adjacent to the "master" king bedroom. The two rooms are separated by a curtain. Great for families! Bathroom (main level) - This central bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and sink along with a laundry area and extra storage that is available to guests. Bathroom (upstairs) - The upstairs bathroom is attached to the master bedroom and includes a whirlpool tub, hand-held shower, toilet, and sink. Kitchen: - The kitchen is fully equipped and adorable with a dining table for 6 to host your delicious meals. There is also a grill to use if you are fortunate enough to catch your dinner in the creek. Living room -The living room is cozy and opens out to a large, covered deck. The living room includes a gas fireplace to enjoy during the cooler months and Roku TV. The large back deck is the best place in the house during Spring, Summer, and Fall. You will see water birds, beavers, and otters if you are lucky and relax with the sounds of the creek below. A 4-person hot tub is located on the deck. Guest access The Creek House is easily accessible. There is off-street parking just above the house, and the main entrance is on street level. This main level includes 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and flows right out to the covered back deck. Stairs go to the master bedroom on the second level. There are also stairs from the back deck down to the creek. Anyone with mobility issues, would be best suited to stay on the main level of the house and be assisted on the stairs to the creek. The road from the house meanders in 2 directions through a quiet neighborhood to the main street of Hot Springs. If you have up to 12 people in a group who want to stay in the same area, we also manage a couple of properties located on either side of the Creek House. Be in touch if you would like direction on finding out more for your group! Other things to note Hot Springs is a great destination in all seasons! The weather can be mild compared to higher mountains and roads are tended in the wintertime. Summer is a wonderful season to enjoy many things to do outside, including rafting and tubing and venturing up to Max Patch Bald. The pace is slow and easy around town, and Hot Springs is also a great central location for day trips to Asheville, Smoky Mountain National Park, Gatlinburg, Waynesville, and many more adventurous locations. Spring sees beautiful mountain wildflowers and hikers traveling through on the Appalachian Trail. The weather can go from 80-degree days to a dusting of snow and anywhere in between. Fall never disappoints with endless potentials to see the trees changing at different elevations and finishing your day with a fire and soak in the natural hot springs (or your own private hot tub) or a beverage at Big Pillow Brewing.
