Inch House, Tipperary

Inch House is a Georgian Country Mansion dating from 1720 surrounded by mature gardens and farmland with wonderful views of the surrounding Tipperary hills. The house has been lovingly restored to its former glory by the Egan family. The house was successfully run as a Guest House & award winning Restaurant for 25 years but now Inch House has been transformed back into the stately home it once was, offering guests the exclusive hire of the property, for the first time ever, from July 2018. The space Inch House boasts six luxury en-suite bedrooms accommodating up to 19 guests together with William Morris Style drawing room, a Library-Bar in which you can pour your own pint of Guiness or whatever takes your fancy, we can stock the bar to your taste, the great dining room, halls, country kitchen, maple floor, double oak staircase, stained glass windows, a unique little chapel to the side of the house and extensive gardens, woodland and lake to explore. There is a country house kitchen for guests to use if they wish to cater for themselves or we can arrange a private chef, on request, to cater for all or some of your stay at an additional cost. Note we do not offer catering for Christmas or New Years weeks. Also on site there are two double ensuite guest rooms available, accommodating a further 6, in the proprietors own home behind the main house bringing the total site occupancy to a max of 25. Use of these additional rooms must be requested in advance and will be an additional cost to the main house hire.
