Large windows to keep the unit light and bright and keep the breezes flowing if you choose to open up the windows. *2 Large Bedrooms. *The Master has a queen bed, large windows with sea views, PRIVATE bathroom with walk in Rain Shower and a HUGE walk in closet. *Second Bedroom and bathroom is just as private. Sleeps 4 as it has a Queen bed and a bunk bed plus private bathroom. This bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo. *Separate large laundry room in your condo with both a washer and dryer. *Upgraded Kitchen that is fully stocked with all your kitchen essentials including coffee bar, stove, full refrigerator and more. IF we don't have it, you probably don't need it! * Full Dining Table *Open and Bright and Comfy Living Area with doors that open to the Covered Porch for ocean Breezes * We have games, books, and extra blankets for relaxing * The unit is on the second floor, one flight of stairs. No elevator at this time. Guest access Private Entrance with self check-in. There is a Ring Camera on the front door so if you need us for assistance with the check-in please ring us. No elevator at this time. ***BOATERS**** This condo comes with a dock- it is stationary and is 25ft long. Up to 30ft fits comfortably and we have had up to 40ft boats stay at it but you will stick out. There is also a floating dock that can fit up to a 40ft boat but it MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE as it is subject to availability and the fee is non refundable. Please inquire before booking if this option is needed. (can be purchased separately) Other things to note We have two boat docks available. One is included with the rental at this time. The second (floating dock) is available for use for an extra fee. It can accommodate up to a 40ft boat. The floating dock must be scheduled in advance as it is subject to availability.
