Beautiful traditional Cortijo for 12 guests, on a large and quiet private property and at only 15 km. from the center of Seville. Surrounded by a lush garden with a huge swimming pool, this is a lovely oasis in the country side on the edge Seville's developed outskirts. Licencia de Vivienda Turística: VTAR/SE/00261 The space The main house, with 6 bedrooms for up to 18 guests, is spacious, comfortable and furnished in a traditional Andalusian style, but with all bathrooms recently refurbished. On the ground floor it has 3 sitting areas, one of which with a fireplace, a spacious dining room with the possibility of sitting 18 guests, a large and fully equiped kitchen, a guest bathroom, and a double bedroom with its own full bathroom. On the first floor is an apartment with a hallway, 2 double bedrooms and a full bathroom; another 2 double bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom; a large bedroom with 4 bunk beds sleeping 8 children; and another full bathroom. The guest house is right next to the main house and has a small sitting room, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom, with air conditioning in all spaces. The lush and well-groomed garden has a large swimming pool of about 15x6m., as well as a covered outdoor dining area with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue, and different sitting areas with comfortable outdoor furniture. The swimming pool is in working order all year round. There is also a ping pong table. The Cortijo is on a private property called Prado de Uncina, with a (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) surface, guaranteeing full privacy. A caretaking couple lives in a separate building, and looks after the garden and the swimming pool and is available to assist our guests when necessary. There are several dogs living on the property that can be taken away on request. Guest access The property has a vegetable garden in which fresh products can be bought. There is a caretaker couple living in a separate house at 50m from the main house who are always available to help out. Guests can hire them for extra cleaning, shopping, etc. Other things to note The base price for up to 10 guests includes access to the 5 double bedrooms of the main house, with the room with bunk beds closed and empty.
