After 23 years of military service we made East Tennessee our last stop and fulfilled our dream of owning cabins. Our primary goal is to make sure we do our part to ensure you leave the Smoky Mountains with a lifetime of memories with family and friends. If you have an issues you will be talking directly with us. We are local and can respond quickly to any issues, and love to give "local" tips, just ask. When you stay with us you aren't just another guest, you're family. When family comes to town we try to make everything perfect. *Host pays all of the Airbnb fees which are included in the total price *10% off only includes the nightly rate. It does not include host Airbnb fees, taxes, and the cleaning fee. PARKING: Roundabout Driveway for easy in/out. Room for 4+ vehicles. Room to drop your trailer and still use the driveway. ACCESS: The front door has an electronic lock. You will be provided the door code the day before arrival GETTING THERE: The road is paved all the way from the main road to the cabin. No steep roads. Although snow here is rare, in the winter 4wd or AWD may be necessary. OUTDOOR GRILLE: A large covered park style grille is provided for your use. Bring your own charcoal. Please make sure to put ash inside the provided ash can. TRASH: If you need to remove trash from the cabin make sure to put it inside the cans in the bear-proof container and secure the container. CRITTERS: There are critters AND bears in the area. If you encounter a bear do not feed or try to approach them. CHECK IN/OUT: We do not typically offer late check out or early check in. If by chance we can accommodate, we will. Body wash, shampoo/conditioner, condiments, zip locks, charcoal, and coffee are NOT provided. We provide a starter pack consisting of 4 dishwasher tablets, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of TP per bathroom, small container of laundry soap and dryer sheets, and a sponge and small bottle of dish soap. Bathrooms have hand soap available. The fireplace is shut down April 1 to October 1.
