A total of 6 bedrooms with double beds (from 01.01.2020 an additional bunk bed), a bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub and toilet, a separate toilet, a modern kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and much more, as well as an open-plan living/dining area with large dining table, cosy sofa corner and wood-burning stove are spread over 3 floors. The outdoor area has a balcony, a terrace, a charcoal barbecue and a garden. The holiday home offers everything you need for a perfect family holiday. Spread over 3 floors, there are 6 bedrooms, 5 of which have double beds and a bunk bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a bathtub and a toilet. A further bathroom completes the offer. There is a separate toilet, a modern kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and much more, as well as an open-plan living/dining area with a large dining table, cosy sofa corner and wood-burning stove. Note on the bed linen/towel package: The duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are included in the price. However, for reasons of hygiene, we ask you to provide your own bed linen. When checking out, please remove the bed linen and collect it in a pile - thank you in advance. Those who enjoy hiking can set off on various hiking trails directly from the house. We can also recommend numerous routes, and for the slightly longer route there is a bus that stops in Oberbrändi. Note for dog owners: In general, you are allowed to book your dog, if necessary, please register it directly when booking or up to 7 days before arrival. Important: The dog may only stay on the floor, you are welcome to bring your own accessories. Note on visitor's tax / cone card: The visitor's tax is used to finance the privileges of the cone card of the respective tourism association. In order to receive this tourist card printed on thick paper, please inform us at least 7 days before your arrival. The tourist card is generally prepared free of charge on request and deposited on site, which then only needs to be signed by you to be valid. Guest access If you arrive later, this is absolutely easy thanks to our "independent check-in"! You can conveniently check in yourself from 4 pm, as you can access the house independently of us hosts via a key safe.
