The ground floor is about 90m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A living room with a flatscreen TV and a double sofa bed. There are three bedrooms next to it, two of which include double bed with possibility to set crib for a baby and third room with two single beds. Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining area, as well as two bathrooms with a shower. There are three air-conditioning units (one for each of two bigger bedrooms and one in the living area).
