Converted stables in Elie 2 mins walk to the beach

North Stables, a luxury unique cottage, is idyllically positioned in Elie and our self catering holiday home is yards away from the beach. North Stables is attached to 2 further properties and were once horse stables. Off road parking for 1 car in the courtyard. The space You will have sole use of the entire cottage, which is on one level once you step up into the front door. Entering the spacious hallway through the new stable door to the living room, kitchen and bathroom are to the right. The living room is separated from the kitchen, by a sliding barn door. Further down the hallway are the two bedrooms. The living room has a woodburner with complimentary first basket of logs and two sofas with cosy throws. There is a flat screen smart tv with Netflix, PlayStation 4 with games, dvds, toys, board games and books. The dining area is in the living room which comfortably seats 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with ice box, gas cooker, fan oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, Roberts radio, and a Nespresso coffee machine. We have supplied the cooking basics like oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, and sugar. The large master bedroom faces the courtyard and has a kingsize Hypnos bed and a window bench. You will find a hairdryer in the dresser and an ample built in wardrobe. The second bedroom to the rear has two single Hypnos beds, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Both bedrooms have crisp white bedlinen and warm throws. The bathroom has a powerful Hansgrohe shower over the bath with Duravit fittings. There is a fixed shower screen. Complimentary toiletries and towels supplied. Hardwood floors throughout apart from the hallway which has a seagrass carpet. Guest access Access to the entire cottage. Please note the courtyard is shared with 3 other properties. In the open courtyard there is a bike rack, table and chairs. Also a storage box with beach items. There is free parking for 1 car in front of the cottage. Other things to note If you require a travel cot and high chair please request this. Please bring your own cot bedding and beach towels. On entering North Stables please remove your shoes.
