Stand-alone studio in an extremely quiet village with a grocery store and a renowned cafe / restaurant. Serene with views to Ein Kerem & The Jerusalem Forest. The unit has independent entry & amenities: WiFi, AC, Smart TV & cable, kitchenette. The salt water pool (11X4.5 meters) is used only by my family & the 2 Airbnb guests. Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Our place is a great location to use as a base to visit Jerusalem & beyond. Usually 1/2 hour to Ben Gurion Airport. Adults only, please. The space It is 25 square meters or 270 square feet. A Queen size bed. Chairs and table by an antique floor-to-ceiling window. Chaise lounges at the pool / terrace. Closet space. Views to forest and gardens and historic Ein Kerem. Guest access You can swim whenever you like. The pool is private for our family needs and our two Airbnb guests. The hosts like to swim a few times a day for short periods. Other things to note Please note that we are required to charge an additional 18% VAT for Israeli guests. Upon booking the Pool House, I will inquire if the guest is Israeli and then advise Airbnb to apply this additional charge. This does NOT apply to guests with foreign passports listed as foreigners on Airbnb. ...and sorry in advance for the inconvenience, but this is the Israeli law and it is complicated so Airbnb does not automatically charge all guests the VAT, so I must do it individually. Check-in should be after 3 PM as we clean very well due to Covid-19 regulations. If you would like earlier check-in, please advise and we'll try to accommodate. Check-out is at noon, except on Saturdays. If you book Friday night you may stay Saturday until Shabbat ends.
