Our country house is located in the middle of nature, on the border of beautiful wooded area and an old river arm with behind it a meadow with sheet field cows and their calves. Nature reserve. Spacious and complete country house is architecturally designed and has five bedrooms (twelve beds). Two bathrooms, fully equipped cooking island, two living rooms and various terraces. There is an extra bed in the guest living room downstairs. Wonderfully quiet location and the town center of Ommen is within cycling and walking distance. The space All the rooms have a unique view of the hinterlands. Downstairs is at water level with the afternoon sun in the backdrop of meadows and forests. There is a large living room with 2 large tables, cozy seat, bookcase, piano, cupboard with glasses etc. and a TV. There are also toys for the kids. From the living room downstairs, you walk out where the different terraces are by the water. In the kitchen are a kitchen block with coffeemaker and kettle. Coffee and tea and various types of tea are available. There is also a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine and dryer. The bathroom has a shower with a sink. Toilet is separate. There are two bedrooms: spring and summer. The mezzanine gives space to a very large living room with lovely sofa and chairs and a grand piano. There is a large TV and music system. The kitchen is open and has a cooking island. There is also a fridge, combi microwave, food processor, coffee machine, citrus press, hand blender and all kinds of other kitchen utensils to cook extensively. The large dining table seats 10 people; a small table can be added to the cooking island, making it even more spacious. Our wood-burning stove can rotate 360 degrees and gives a wonderful atmosphere in the house in winter. In addition, we have underfloor heating throughout the house so that it is always pleasant in terms of temperature. From the living room you walk onto our very spacious balcony where it is also nice to sit in good weather. From the balcony, you walk further down and towards the terraces below. Everywhere there are cozy seats and flower boxes and beautiful views. In the main entrance hall is the coat rack and extra toilet. The upper floor has three bedrooms with a total of 8 beds, very spacious bathroom with bath tub, separate shower and 2 sinks. In addition, there is a separate toilet. There is a washing machine and dryer in the intermediate space. We cover all the beds with fitted sheets and covers on the pillows. Duvets are on all the beds; we ask you to bring a duvet cover yourself. Guest access We live in the house ourselves when there are no guests. As a result, our things are also in the house, but that also makes it extra cozy. There is enough room to store your own things. Car parking: there is enough space for 3 cars under the carport. Other cars can be parked on the road by the B&B sign, where there is enough space for more cars. Other things to note Our cat is called Francien and usually stays at home. She has her own entrance/exit. All we ask of our guests is to serve Francien a bag of food once a day. There are also some ducks around the house that are occasionally fed some grain. Perhaps fun for our guests to take care of these little animals.
