Winners of the Best Bed and Breakfast in the East of England, We can promise you a very wam and friendly welcome at Dairy Barns situated between Hickling in the Norfolk Broads and the stunning coastline at Sea Palling, Waxham and Horsey Gap Seal Colony. Our fantastic breakfasts are worth getting up for with a delicious full english and amazing homemade waffles, along with homemade cake on arrival. Dairy Barns opened in 2005 we have 9 bed and breakfast rooms and 2 holiday cottages on the farm The space Barn Owls Retreat has a fabulous upstairs bedroom on open plan gallery where you can lay in your super king sized bed looking up to the stars, Downstairs there is a spacious lounge with comfy sofa and flat screen TV. You’ll love the stylish, convenient and easy-to-use Nespresso coffee machine – we think it produces an almost perfect cup of coffee, along with a good sized fridge to chill your wine and nibbles. The is incrediably spacious and has an excellent large power shower and separate oval bath with ample fluffy towels, robes and luxury toiletries. Along with a double sink and mirror with in built blue tooth speakers In addition there is a day bed in the downstairs area with a second pull out bed underneath so its great for a family getaway. You have your own front door for complete privacy and a private court yard garden. The room has a fridge and glasses in case you want to enjoy a glass of wine or champagne. As an extra treat If you would like to have breakfast in your room we will happily bring a full English breakfast or homemade waffles to your door for you to enjoy in the comfort of your own lounge or maybe outside in the early morning sunshine on the deck in your own little garden. Guest access As well as your private space that includes Bedroom, Lounge, Bathroom and Garden you have access to a large shared garden and courtyard. Along with a shared guest lounge and breakfast barn. You are also welcome to walk on the farm (just ask for the best spots) and say hello to the horses During your stay We love welcoming people to our farm and have been doing so for more than 20 years, we are very proud to have won the award for Best Bed and Breakfast in the East of England twice. Hannah and Ian along with their amazing team of staff pride themselves in offereing a warm and friendly welcome to all our guests. Along with clean and comfotable rooms we enjoy helping you make the most of your stay offering suggestions on places to visit and the best pubs and resturants to eat at. You are welcome to explore the paths on the farm where there is wildlife in abundance and simply enjoy getting away from the hussle and bustle of real life. We have horses on the farm all year and in the summer there are beef cattle and sometimes sheep on the meadows. Other things to note we welcome children from age 2, there is an addtional charge. children of all ages are welcome in our 2 holiday cottages Willow Farm Cottage and Dune View Cottage No dogs in the bed and breakfast, dogs are welcome in Dune View Holiday Cottage
