Ideal location for a number of near world-class attractions: Rigi, Lucerne City, the Lake, Stoos etc. Lovely quiet spot - perfect for enjoying the magnificence of the mountains around the lake. The space House on three floors. All rooms with lake view (clever architecture). Modern furniture and fittings. Excellent dining facilities; two big tables one inside and one outside in garden. Fireplace & BBQ area. House comes with two parking places. Underfloor heating and hot water tank for showering etc Guest access Guests can use the whole house and the garden, with the exception of the lower basement cellar rooms. Note garden is decorative (no ball games) and typically very quiet. Guests kidnly asked to respect the tranquility of the neighbourhood. Other things to note Big house with many rooms, Guests kindly asked to be economical with use of electricity (don't leave lights on) Hot water heated by a tank so supply isn’t infinite, limited to shower for seven people.
