This is a large property of some 100,000 square metres (25 acres) comprising pine woods and cultivated land with olive, carob, almond and other fruit trees. The lovely beaches of Cala Pada, S’Argamassa and Cala Martina, just three and a half kilometres away, are within walking distance and there are many other pretty bays such as Es Canar, Cala Nova, Cala Llenya and Cala Mastella all within easy driving distance. The cosmopolitan village of Santa Eulalia, which still retains its village feeling, is just 4 kilometre away. There you will find a good shopping centre, banks, a post office, supermarkets, chemists and lots of bars and restaurants. Outside there is a large sun terrace with views over the surrounding countryside, with forests and mountains in the distance, a well maintained garden and a lovely 11 x 5,5m swimming pool with a georgeous waterfall (Electrolysis salt depuration system (non clorine), parasols, 14 sun loungers and outdoor shower. There is also a paved patio with a pergola and BBQ. Outdoor Facilities: Table tennis, or you can enjoy your stay playing Football (basket, volleyball, tennis…) in our private Multisport court. Rental includes once a week cleaning, bedlinen change, towel beach change and 2 per week towel change. Air conditioning in all the rooms.
