This light airy studio is a great base for venturing into Southsea and is a lovely space to relax and unwind when you come back. The room includes a comfortable double bed, ensuite wet room, kitchenette with cooking essentials and breakfast bar. We can provide a travel cot and/or highchair but please advise in advance if these are required, so we can be sure they are available for your stay. Guest access It is self check-in, we release the access codes to you at midday on the day of arrival ready for 3pm check-in. Other things to note • This studio is one of ten in the building and offers self check-in. There is no front desk, but support is available if needed. • Please note there is no lift. The studio is on the second floor and accessed by stairs. • Parking permits are required for on-street parking and can be purchased from us before arrival. • Please be mindful of quiet hours between 11pm and 8am, as this is a residential building. • All properties are non-smoking, including any Juliet balcony/terrace. • There are no on-site laundry facilities, however a launderette is a short walk away. • A starter supply of essentials is provided. Additional supplies can be purchased locally during your stay. • For stays of 28 days or more, an increased cleaning fee applies per stay.
