Long Barn cottages indoor pool fishing & hot tubs

Looking for one big cottage for a family together? We have a better idea! Long Barn Lakeside cottages sleeping up to 16. Your own homes + get together space! There are Ash, Beech (2 b/r) and Hawthorn (4 b/r). They are all attached in one row making it easy to move between them Hawthorn has a large table seating up to 16 at a time + lounge seating up to 16 Long Barn cottages have a private indoor pool, gym & hot tub. There is also an additional outdoor hot tub(at extra cost) The space For multi-generational groups it is worth noting that there are no steps in any of the cottages. Each cottage has a walk in shower/wet room and all cottages have wheelchair access. The three cottages are attached but do not have internal connecting doors. Each cottage has a full kitchen, lounge and bedrooms. All cottages are fully centrally heated with individual boilers. Long Barn cottages shares this idyllic location with our Trehill Cottages. The grounds include a games room, 2 fishing ponds, play areas. Games room (shared with Trehill cottages) - refurbished in 2021 with indoor and outdoor table tennis, Pool table, air hockey & table football. All free to use. Guest access The indoor pool, gym and hot tubs are private, but you do also have access to the shared grounds with Trehill cottages. Indoor Pool and gym are open 9:30-19:00. The outdoor hot tub is also private, situated on the sunny rear patio with great views. It is open 24/7. There is an extra charge of £80/wk and £60/short break. This can be added after booking or included in the price if you prefer. Other things to note Please note - these cottages sleep up to a maximum of 16 including infants in cots. There is no possibility of booking above this number. we do not host events or parties. At no time may more than 16 people be at the property and we do not allow outside entertainment. We hope you will respect this request. Fishing – please feel free to fish. You should bring your own gear and never leave equipment unattended. Remote/alarm fishing is not allowed. No keep nets. 1 rod per person. No boilies. You must bring your own gear as we do not supply fishing equipment. Essentials - we provide all listed "essentials" apart from cooking oil. You should find on arrival a pint of milk in the fridge. Tea, sugar, a packet of biscuits, washing up liquid & dishwasher tabs. If any of these are missing, please let us know
