Casa do Azevim is located in the Branda da Bouça dos Homens, belonging to the places of Peneda and Beleiral, parish of Gavieira, municipality of Arcos de Valdevez. The space Bouça dos Homens is a small village with an imposing and stunning landscape. At an altitude of 1,070m, it is located on the edge of the Peneda Gerês National Park. It is a brandy surrounded by 5 mountain peaks: to the south the Alto da Pedrada (1,416m altitude), to the southeast the Cume da Peneda/Castelo do Pedrinho (1,374m altitude), to the north the Alto da Costa/Fojo (1,290m altitude), to the west the Outeiro Alvo (1,314m altitude) and to the southeast the Penameda (1,268m altitude). ​Of unparalleled beauty, where the sounds of Nature create a symphony that invites us to listen and relax, Casa do Azevim awakens well-being in all lovers of peace and quiet and stirs lovers of new challenges to embark on exciting mountain adventures. Here you rest in the coziness of a small Open Space house, with a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a double sofa bed. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. The maximum capacity is 4 people, ideally for a couple or a couple with children. The house has a rustic look, but it guarantees the necessary modern amenities. The view, at the foot of the Serra da Peneda, is stunning. It is the opening of the window to the purest natural experience, where you live in full communion with its fauna and flora: animals such as the Garrano horse or the Cachena and Pisca cows go up and down the mountain, knowing every corner with the advance of a footprint.
