Freshly redecorated in February 2026, our cosy Victorian townhouse is just a short walk from Inverness city centre and the River Ness. Only 5 minutes from the bus and train station, it’s perfectly located for exploring without a car however we do have on street permit parking for one vehicle. Sleeping up to 5 guests across 2 king bedrooms and 1 single, the home features a warm open-plan living space with log burner, Smart TV, Netflix, WiFi, plus a fully equipped kitchen and utility room. The space Innes Street Townhouse is a beautifully renovated Victorian property set on the historic Innes Street, offering a warm and comfortable stay in the heart of Inverness. Upstairs, you’ll find two spacious king bedrooms and one single bedroom, along with a large family bathroom featuring both a bath and shower. We provide hand wash, shampoo/body wash, and an initial supply of toilet rolls to get you settled in. Downstairs, the home opens into a bright and inviting open-plan living and dining area, complete with a modern wood-burning stove, comfortable sofas, and a generous dining space — perfect for relaxing or spending time together. You’ll also have access to free WiFi and a Smart TV, allowing you to log into your own Netflix, Amazon Prime and other streaming services. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, and there is a separate utility room with a washing machine, clothes airer, iron and tabletop ironing board for added convenience. Please note that while there is a fridge, there is no freezer in the property. We’ve provided all the essentials we believe you’ll need for a comfortable stay, and we’re always just a message or phone call away should you need anything. Guests are welcome to enjoy the log-burning stove, and we provide a small starter supply of logs, kindling, firelighters and matches. Additional supplies can be purchased locally from most garages and supermarkets. Please ensure only wood is burned in the stove. To the rear of the property, you’ll find a garden with a grassy area and small patio space. We are a dog-friendly home and can accommodate up to two well-behaved dogs. Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to bring your furry friends. A charge of £25 per dog, per stay applies. We kindly ask that dogs are not allowed upstairs or on furniture, and are not left alone in the property at any time. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property, including the private garden, allowing you to fully relax and enjoy your stay. Please note that we do not have an outdoor table & chairs. We provide a parking permit for one car. Please note that Innes Street operates permit parking between Monday–Saturday, 8am–6pm. If you are travelling with a second vehicle, we recommend using Rose Street Car Park, located directly behind the property, which offers convenient and affordable parking, including 24-hour options. Other things to note We are a dog-friendly property and can accommodate up to two well-behaved large breed dogs. A fee of £25 per dog, per stay applies. If only one dog is added at the time of booking, any additional dog fee will be requested separately via Airbnb. We kindly ask that dogs are kept off furniture, not allowed upstairs, and are not left unattended in the property. Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on our cleaning schedule. If this is something you’d like to arrange, please contact us in advance. An additional fee of £25 applies. Please note that while the property includes a fridge, there is no freezer available. We ask all guests to treat the home with care and respect, as they would their own, so we can continue to provide a clean, comfortable space for everyone to enjoy.
