Chaza and Robert´s House is an Ideal villa for family vacation in quit sourrounding near the beach but only a 10 min driving from the city centre, private pool,fully air conditioned and free wifi. . The space Villa Chaza has the best panoramic view of Malaga´s Mediterranean harbour, yacht club, and its sorrounding mountains, easily spotting Africa on clear sunny days. This luxurious villa is situated in the citys best private residential area ¨El Candado¨ in a quiet surrounding and has completely open panoramic views. If you want to treat yourself and your family/friends on a high end holiday, this will be the place. When entering the house the hallway gives access to a guest toilet, kitchen, stairway to first and down floor and further down the spacious and bright living room. From the living room there is access to the terrace with dining table and BBQ. with views to the beach, Malagas Sea Bay, Yacht Club and sorrounding mountains plus our pool area. The living room is spacious and with beautiful views with air conditioning , decorated with Modern style and in the corner of the living room theirs a large dining table for 8 guests. The fully fitted kitchen on the left of the entrance includes a dining area for 7 persons with enough space for 2 extra baby chairs. Taking the stairway to the first floor theirs a complete furnished apartment with amazing views to the Mediterranean Sea. Haveing its own privacy with independent kitchen, living room with TV, bedroom for 4 guests , and a complete bathroom with shower, bidet as also a bathtab. Taking the stair way from the entrance to the down floor is located the other 4 bedroms and 3 bathrooms one of the bedroom is specially designed for the youth with toys and book shelfs and special bed protection for small kids. The other is a double bed room appropiate for parents to be close to their kid´s. beside we just reformed the 4th bedroom with very modern and cosy style Last but not least is the master bedroom suite haveing entrance to the swimming pool as the rest of all downstairs bedrooms There are terraces around the house each with its charm. The swimming pool is 7.5 * 3.5 meter and depht from 1.80 - 1 meter and is situated on the ground floor area where there is a dining table garden sofa and 9 lovely sun beds and shower facilitie.
