Situated between the sea and the countryside in Plounévez Lochrist, near the seaside resort of Plouescat, between Roscoff and the Abers, the Bâtisse du Dolmen Clara awaits you to share unforgettable moments with family and friends. The space La Bâtisse du Dolmen Clara, completely renovated in 2020, just 8 minutes from a superb sandy beach and the GR 34, 220 square metres of relaxation where everyone can enjoy their stay: 1 large living room with kitchen opening onto the dining room and lounge, bathroom on the ground floor and separate WC, on the first floor: 3 large bedrooms with queen-size beds, one of the three bedrooms also has a second single bed, still on the first floor you'll find a large bathroom with WC as well as a relaxation area with a play area for the children, on the second floor there are 4 spacious bedrooms each with a queen-size bed, on the second floor there's also a relaxation lounge for reading or resting. All our bedrooms have dressing rooms. Outside, a terrace area, lawn area for outdoor games, 5 parking spaces inside the property which is fully fenced. Important information: - No additional vehicles will be allowed. - No more than 15 people will be allowed to stay at La Bâtisse. Babies and children must be included in the 15 people, as must adults. Please note that the outdoor swimming pool area, 7 metres by 4 metres, is open from 01 May to 30 September each year, and is heated. A covered area with a 5/6-seater SPA and a relaxation lounge is open all year round from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. This indoor area is located on the Bâtisse property and is reserved exclusively for our Bâtisse guests. Guest access You will have access to the entire Bâtisse property. Please note that your vehicles must be parked in the rear courtyard of the Bâtisse. We welcome our travellers personally, before your arrival, we ask you to confirm your arrival time. Other things to note For bookings outside the school holidays, we offer earlier arrivals: later departures, here are our options: Arrival from 8am: €325 supplement Arrival from 12 noon: €165 Departure up to 2pm: €165 supplement Departure until 6pm: €325 supplement. The Bâtisse's heating (from October to March inclusive) is set for an ambient temperature of 19 degrees.
