Located between the sea and the countryside in Plounévez Lochrist, close to the seaside resort of Plouescat, between Roscoff and the Abers, the Bâtisse du Dolmen Clara awaits you to share unforgettable moments with family and friends. The space La Bâtisse du Dolmen Clara, completely renovated in 2020, only 8 minutes from a superb sandy beach and the GR 34, 220 square meters of relaxation where everyone can enjoy their stay: 1 large living room with kitchen open to the dining room and living room, bathroom on the ground floor and independent toilet, on the first floor: 3 large bedrooms with queen size bed, one of the three bedrooms also have a second bed for one person, always on the first floor you will find a large bathroom with WC as well as a relaxation area with a children's play area, on the second floor there are 4 spacious bedrooms each with a queen size bed, on the second floor there is also a relaxation lounge for reading or rest. Each of our rooms are equipped with dressing rooms. Outside, a terrace area, lawn area for outdoor games, 5 parking spaces inside the property which is fully fenced. Important information: - No additional vehicles may be allowed. - No person beyond 15 people will be allowed to stay in the Building, infants and children must be taken into account in the 15 people, as well as adults. It should be noted that the outdoor pool area 7 meters by 4 meters is accessible from 1 May to 30 September each year, heated pool A covered area with 5/6 seater SPA, lounge is open year-round from 10am to 9pm, this indoor space is on the property of the Building and is exclusively reserved for our guests of the Building. Guest access You will have access to the entire property of the Building, note that your vehicles will need to be parked in the backyard of the Building. We personally welcome our guests, before your arrival, we ask that you confirm your arrival time. Other things to note If you'd like for bookings outside of school holidays, we offer earlier check-ins: late checkouts, here are our possibilities: Check-in from 8 a.m.: €325 supplement Check-in from 12pm: €165 Check-out until 2 p.m.: extra €165 Check-out until 6 p.m.: extra €325. The heating of the Building (from October to March inclusive) is set to room temperature at 19 degrees.
