Spacious 7 bedrooms. Situated in the Auvergne close to the volcanoes. There are plenty of activities, lakes, swimming, fishing etc close to. At the property heated swimming pool, snooker room, mezzanine, cinema, with over 100 dvds, (functions with Wifi &USB). Outside summer kitchen, plancha, 2 fridge/ freezer/ sinks/BBQ (also fully equipped interior kitchen). Garden table sits 20 people, patio, play area, childrens toys. Weekends all day Sunday included. The space This house is quite unique, with an indoor heated pool,(30 degrees all year) with sliding doors onto a large sun terrasse. The garden (1000m2) is secluded by a high screen, It is also secure all the way around the perimetre. Play area, inc 2 tabogans (30 metres long), swings, slide,etc. Foot ball goal. There is shade under the nut trees. Garden table under shade (seats 20).Fire pit .Plenty of sunbeds/chairs etc. Guest access The house does not have direct neighbours. It is totally at your disposal, very private. The spacious garden is exclusively for you ( no sharing) Other things to note Sheets are included, free of any extra charge, made up ready for your stay., with 2 towels per person, laid out on the bed. Also in the pool room, there are swimming towels at your disposal (1 p.p. ) Bathrooms(4) are all equipped with bath mats.(clean)(included in the price). Kitchen has washing-up liquid, dishwasher pastilles, sponge, brush (all new for each visitor) and tea-towels, toilet rolls.
