Welcome to our peaceful, private property near the charming village of Deep Cove! We offer two unique spaces for your stay: a small forest cottage (sleeps 2) and newly renovated suite (sleeps 2-4), both nestled in our lush back garden, along with a small 4-person hot tub for relaxing in after a day of taking in all that the North Shore has to offer! We are minutes away from a handful of spectacular private beaches, and a short 15 - 20 minute walk to the village of Deep Cove. The space Suite This spacious modern gem is approximately 800 sq ft./75 m², sleeps 2-4 people, and includes a private patio with ocean views, a well-appointed kitchenette and loads of gorgeous daylight. We have taken great care to create a space full of seaside charm. Aside from a luxurious king size bed, the living room sofa transforms into a very cozy and comfortable pull-out sofa bed, in front of the fireplace. The built-in wardrobe in the Suite divides the bedroom from the living/dining areas. Please note there is no door on this bedroom, but it is hidden visually from the rest of the space. The washroom is full of natural daylight, including an operable skylight over the shower. It is appointed with all the amenities of home, including a great supply of personal care products. There is a large shower with rain head, plenty of storage space and in-floor heating for your comfort in the colder winter months. The bright kitchen includes everything you may need, including a sink, stovetop, small fridge and toaster (please note there is no oven). We take our coffee seriously, and are happy to include high quality local coffee, a French press, an espresso machine & drip coffee maker (all with instructions). A variety of tea, sugar, spices & oil for cooking are all included. There are pots, pans, cooking utensils, cutlery, plates, bowls and glasses in the suite for you. In your fridge we provide basic condiments that you are welcome to use, such as mustard, ketchup, jam, peanut butter, hot sauces, and dressings. In the bedroom area, there is a 42 inch flat screen TV with Netflix, Roku and Disney+ for you to use. We have an infant high-chair available for your use upon request. Our dining area sits 6, with more seating on both the private patio & gazebo areas. There is a BOSE Bluetooth speaker for your phone music playlist, a variety of books & magazines to use and local hiking & biking guides to help you discover our wonderful North Shore lifestyle! The gazebo, which is located adjacent your Suite, is a covered dining area & includes a gas BBQ for your use. Cabin - our Hidden Cottage! If you require more space, or want to try something a little different, our woodland cabin is available for you to use in addition to the Suite. This cozy hidden cottage is a one-room cabin, with a small 2-piece washroom (toilet and sink). Made entirely from west coast Red Cedar and pine, the cabin has an incredible natural cedar aroma. The handiwork on this cabin is exquisite - it is truly a unique place to stay. Thoughtfully laid out with a comfortable queen size bed, cozy reclining lounge chair and antique furniture, the cabin is a quiet & restful oasis. Sleeps 2. Please note: When you book with us, you have the whole place to yourselves, whether you are 2 people or 6. Only one group can book at a time, as we do not rent the cabin & suite separately; they are a package deal. Guest access Guest access: You have a private entrance to your suite along the LEFT hand side of our home and a coded non-key entrance. Inside the suite, there is a key for the hidden cottage, should you need it. Also note that if you are a group of 6, you will be divided into two groups: 4 people in the Suite; 2 people in the Cabin.
