Le Haut Gué is a set of farm buildings set in peaceful countryside in the beautiful Loire Valley, 2km south of the village of Parçay-les-Pins. 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a spacious lounge, dining room and a well-equipped kitchen, providing comfortable accommodation for up to 10 people. The shared heated pool is available for guests use from May to September. Excellent base for exploring the Loire chateaux, Saumur, Angers, Tours. Good location for Le Mans 24 Hours & Classic. Min. 6 people/stay. The space Very spacious 5 bedroom farmhouse, built from local 'tuffeau' limestone. Covered patio area with dining table and chairs to seat 10, BBQ available. Front door from patio leads into large dining area, with table and chairs to seat 10. Open doorways from the dining area lead to -kitchen -lounge -small hallway leading to rear bedrooms and bath/shower room/wc. The roomy kitchen is well-equipped, with dishwasher, washing machine, large oven, small electric oven/grill, large fridge/freezer, microwave. Large table and benches. Lounge has ample seating for 10, TV (Free-to air TV - UK & French) Small hallway leads to Bedroom 1 - double bedroom. Bedroom 2 - double. Bath/shower room with wash basin and wc is shared by these 2 rooms. Staircase from dining area leads up to 1st floor bedrooms. Bedroom 3 - double with ensuite shower room. Bedroom 4 is a double, with its own bathroom/wc in the hallway outside. Bedroom 5 is a twin room with ensuite shower room, with nice views across the fields outside. Guest access Guests may use the pool area to the rear of the property in season (May-September). The 6m x 12m pool is heated, with ample loungers dotted around for you to chill out and soak up some sun. Pool is open from 10am until 8pm. (10.00 - 20.00). We do reserve the right to close the pool area at any time without notice, for cleaning, etc. Please respect our neighbours and other people who may be staying at Le Haut Gué. Other things to note The farmhouse is one of three properties on site to rent. The pool and communal gardens are shared with other guests staying at Le Haut Gue.
