Holidays on the Baltic Sea - spacious apartment near Kühlungsborn: In our country house built in 1923, we rent the entire first floor as a very comfortable, fully equipped apartment - ideal for larger families. The space On a spacious 145 m² area, up to 10, maximum 12 people can comfortably fit in three spacious bedrooms decorated in bright colors and a large living room with sofa bed, lots of books and a play corner for the little ones. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, etc. has a huge dining table for 12 people. There are two bathrooms, one with shower and toilet and one with bathtub and toilet, as well as a third guest toilet. Guest access The apartment can be reached from the garden via a separate external staircase (spiral staircase over 1 ½ floors!). In the large garden, which we also use, a part is reserved for the exclusive use of our guests. There are also comfortable sun loungers and a large garden table and 12 chairs - plenty of space to relax, grill, and play. Other things to note Please note that during the German summer holidays only stays can be confirmed from Saturday to Saturday, i.e. 7, 14 or 21 days. Tourist tax: The municipality of Wittenbeck charges a tourist tax of EUR 1.00 per person (from 16 years) per day. The tourist tax is to be paid in cash (please fit!) on site. The spa cards also apply to all beaches of the surrounding municipalities. Our dachshund, “Daisy,” welcomes visits from well-behaved, peaceful dogs (maximum 1 dog, additional charge of EUR 30 per stay). Good to know: Since many of our guests are happy to bring their own bed linen and towels, these are not automatically included in the rental price. On request and for a fee, a linen package (bed linen and towels) can of course be rented for €15.00 per set. Just contact us. We do not rent to"bachelor(inn)en-Abschiede", to student or youth groups without accompanying legal guardians. Parties or "drinking parties" are not allowed. "Assisted living" - groups are very welcome. Please note that the apartment is accessible via an outdoor spiral staircase and is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchairs.
